Greenvalley Equipment is hiring an IT Support (Tier 2).
The person in this role will work closely with the IT Manager and play a key role in maintaining and optimising our IT infrastructure, ensuring security, scalability, and reliability across multiple locations and supporting 500 plus users.
This role requires strong problem-solving, analytical, and strong organizational skills, with attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
There is flexibility in the primary office location for this position (Brandon, Portage La Prairie, Winnipeg or Morden).

Job Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of: Windows, Office 365 (SharePoint, Entra, Conditional Access), Microsoft Power Platform and networking.
- Experience configuring and troubleshooting Meraki, Ubiquiti, Cisco and Fortinet products
- Ability to drive system improvements and automation initiatives
- Leading technical escalations and mentoring Tier 1 IT staff
- Assist in deploying projects
- Maintain documentation and contribute to IT policies.
- Training non-IT staff in new and existing technologies
- 3 or more years of experience in IT systems/network administration.
- Relevant certifications in IT or related fields are a plus.
- Travel to varying locations is required (a company car is provided)
- Being part of a 24/7 on call rotation is required (a company cellphone is provided)
- A valid class 5 driver’s license is required
